ARTSPEAKS is dedicated to promoting literacy, encouraging creativity, bringing awareness through Art Activism, expanding ideas and opportunity by providing a medium for expression through the Art of Poetry, Spoken Word and Storytelling.
ARTSPEAKS Promotes Healthy Communities through the intersection of Art and Mental Health, by exploring and utilizing the expressive and therapeutic uses of Poetry, Creative Writing, and Literature

ARTSPEAKS:
Courageous Young Voices
Will be held in March 2023!
Since 2012, ARTSPEAKS has showcased over 100 adult and youth poets. Poets have come as far as Marion County, Columbia, Hillsborough, Levy, Broward, Duval, Leon and Suwannee, and have represented countries and nationalities from all over the world. Poets representing South Africa, China, Iran, Iraq, Ghana, Israel, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Palestine, and Argentina, have shared their poetry at ARTSPEAKS. Poets young and old have shared poems and expressions of life, that encapsulates what it truly means to be human and alive.
ARTSPEAKS organizes and produces three signature poetry events...
